On 18 September, 31 racers will face off to see who secures their share of R25,000 cash up for grabs in season one of the BMW M Festival Series.

The action starts at 18h00 on the day with the competition starting with groups into an elimination round. Points will be awarded per placement per race with the top three per group heading into a second round of group racers. Once again, points will be awarded per race, with the top two per group, along with the fastest wildcard heading to the final emimination race.

The top seven racers will then race with the last place finisher per race being eliminated, until one is left standing in the Club.

The R25,000 cash prize pool will be split across the final seven racers as follows:

  • 1st Place: R10,000
  • 2nd Place: R7,000
  • 3rd Place: R3,000
  • 4th Place: R2,000
  • 5th Place: R1,500
  • 6th Place: R1,000
  • 7th Place: R500
